About Stephanie White
Stephanie White is the head coach of the Indiana Fever. White's experience as a former WNBA player pays dividends towards her skills as a head coach. A native of Indiana, White starred at Purdue University, leading the Boilermakers to the 1999 NCAA championship and earning the Wade Trophy as the nation's top player. She played five seasons in the WNBA, including four with the Fever, before transitioning into coaching. White began her coaching career with assistant roles at Ball State, Kansas State, and the University of Toledo, eventually joining the Chicago Sky as an assistant coach . She later served as an assistant and then head coach for the Fever, leading them to the WNBA Finals in 2015. After a stint as head coach at Vanderbilt University and earning WNBA Coach of the Year honors with the Connecticut Sun in 2023, White returned to the Fever in 2024. White's amazing coaching skills help her manage a very talented roster with stars such as Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston. The Fever are looking to contend for championships in the coming years .
