About Riley Cooper
After receiving All-State honors in high school, Riley Cooper made the transition to playing football at the college level. He attended the University of Florida where he played for coach Urban Meyer. In all four seasons the Gators were successful, and Cooper helped lead his team to two SEC Championships and two BCS National Championships. Riley was then drafted in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft and went to the Philadelphia Eagles where he has played his entire career to date. The 2013 season became Coopers breakout year where in the first 5 weeks he has 8 catches for 93 yards and a touchdown. In a single game he had 5 receptions for 139 yards and 3 touchdowns against the Oakland Raiders. He ended the season tied for third in the NFL with 17.8 yards per catch. He signed a new contract with the Eagles prior to the 2014 season and looks to improve upon his career high numbers from 2013.
