Paul Page Biography

Paul Page is a motorsports broadcaster, known for his work with the Indy Car series and the Indianapolis 500. Page got his start in broadcasting in the late 1960’s, announcing CART races for NBC and ABC until 2004. After leaving ABC, Page went on to be the lead broadcaster for the NHRA series on ESPN2, proving that he was a true motorsports announcer. At ESPN, Page covered a variety of events other than motorsports, including the Nathans Hot Dog Eating Contest, the X-Games, and much more. In 2009, Page became a guest analyst for the Indianapolis 500 on the IMS Radio Network, a role he would serve until 2013. In December 2013, it was announced that Page had been chosen as the Voice of the 500, meaning he would be the lead announcer for the Indianapolis 500 on the IMS Network, a position he held in the 1980s. His first call for the race was in 2014, and he currently holds that position today.
