About Mike Tindall
Mike Tindall is a former English rugby union player and a member of the British royal family through his marriage to Zara Phillips, granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II. A native of Otley, West Yorkshire, he was a robust center, playing for Bath (1997-2005) and Gloucester (2005-2014), earning 75 caps for England between 2000 and 2011, including a World Cup win in 2003.
He captained England briefly and was known for his physicality and leadership, amassing 1,138 career points. Tindall married Zara Phillips in 2011. He’s known for his down-to-earth persona, often seen at equestrian events supporting Zara, an Olympic silver medalist. Post-rugby, he’s worked as a pundit, co-hosts “The Good, The Bad & The Rugby” podcast, and engages in charity work, notably for Parkinson’s disease.
