Michael Sim Biography

Michael Sim is a pro golfer with four wins on the Web.com Tour.  Sim had three of those wins in 2009 on the way to Player of the Year honors and first place on the money list.  With $644,142 won, he set a new single-season record for money won on the tour.  That season, Sim was in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Rankings.  A tie for 18th at the 2009 US Open was his best finish in a major.  Following that campaign, Sim had a PGA Tour career-best finish, tying for second at the 2010 Farmers Insurance Open.  After being the top-ranked amateur in the world in 2005, he went pro.  The Scottish born product grew up in Australia and resides in Perth.
