About Mardy Fish
Mardy Fish was one of the better American tennis players in recent memory. Fish reached a career-high of seventh in the ATP rankings in 2011. At the same time, he was also the top-ranked American male singles player. That year, Fish reached the quarterfinals of Wimbledon. In his career, he also reached the quarterfinals at the U.S. Open and the Australian Open. Overall, Fish scored six career wins on the ATP Tour. He reached the finals of four Master Series tournaments. In 2004, Fish reached the gold medal finals in men's singles at the Olympics. He originally turned pro in 2000 and announced his retirement from tennis following the 2015 U.S. Open.
