About Laura Young
Laura Young is the New York Giants first-ever female coach. She was brought on to Brian Daboll's staff as Director of Coaching Operations in 2022 after working with him with the Buffalo Bills. Young was a manager of football operations and assistant to the head coach in Buffalo. She also has previous NFL experience with the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens.
