About Kevin Atlas
Kevin Atlas made history by becoming the first one-handed player in Division 1 college basketball. He became one of the top high school prospects in California and signed with Manhattan College. Atlas played three seasons for the Jaspers and won the ECAC Valor Award in 2010. His story was profiled in the 2013 documentary titled, "Long Shot. The Kevin Laue Story." Atlas now travels the world speaking to groups about how they too can beat the odds. He helps people face their problems and change their attitudes about struggle. Atlas addressed major companies, faith-based groups and youth organizations and he has even spoken at the United Nations in New York. He is a spokesperson for the Boys and Girls Clubs of New Jersey and a board member for the New Jersey Special Olympics.
