About Kayvon Thibodeaux
Kayvon Thibodeaux is a star defensive end for the New York Giants who was selected with the fifth overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. Thibodeaux was widely regarded as the best defensive player in college football. He made an immediate impact at Oregon as a freshman, earning Pac-12 Defensive Freshman of the Year honors. The following year, he was named All-Pac 12 First Team and won the conference's Murphy Trophy as their best defensive lineman. Thibodeaux also helped the Ducks win the Pac-12. The South Los Angeles native came to Eugene after earning USA Today High School Football Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2018.
