About Josh Bidwell
Josh Bidwell played 12 seasons in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Redskins from 1999 to 2010. During that time he was one of the top punters in the league, successfully completing 727 punts for 31,085 yards and a total punt average of 42.8 yards. Prior to making it big in the NFL he starred for his home state Oregon Ducks, earning First Team All-Pac-10 and Second Team All-American honors as a senior in 1998. In the 1999 NFL Draft the Green Bay Packers selected him in the fourth round with the 133rd overall pick. Upon signing with the Packers he was diagnosed with cancer, but overcame the disease to return to the team in 2000 and earn back his starting job. Bidwell played the first four seasons of his career in Green Bay and then headed to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2004 to 2009. In 2005 he had a career year and earned both Pro Bowl and AllPro honors. In 2010 he wrapped up his NFL career with the Washington Redskins.
