Jaylen Waddle Biography

Jaylen Waddle is a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins after being the sixth overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. Waddle was part of an impressive crop of wide receivers to come out of Alabama under Nick Saban. Waddle was productive in all three seasons with the Crimson Tide, originally being named SEC Freshman of the Year in 2018. The following season, he flashed as one of the nation's best returners on the way to winning SEC Special Teams Player of the Year. Despite a leg injury that sidelined him most of his junior year, Waddle still returned and helped Alabama beat Ohio State in the College Football Playoff National Championship before turning pro.
