Jalon Daniels Biography

Jalon Daniels has achieved many milestones for the program as the quarterback at Kansas. Daniels orchestrated the Jayhawks first-ever win over Texas in Austin in 2021, which also snapped a 56-game road losing streak in the Big 12. As a junior, he stepped his game up, leading KU to a 5-0 start before suffering an injury. Daniels did return later in the season and ended up setting a school single-game passing record with 544 yards in a shootout loss to Arkansas in the Liberty Bowl. He was also named a second-team All-Big 12 choice.
