About Jalen Milroe
Jalen Milroe is a quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks who was selected in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Milroe starred in college and cemented his Alabama legacy at quarterback by leading the Crimson Tide to the 2023 College Football Playoff.
Milroe got better as the season went on, eventually helping Alabama win the SEC after throwing for 2,718 yards and 23 touchdowns during the year. He also added 12 touchdowns on the ground and 468 rushing yards. That strong showing led to Milroe being named to the All-SEC Second Team. He previously had spent two seasons with the Tide as a backup to eventual Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young.
