About Isaiah Mustafa
Isaiah Mustafa is an actor and former practice squad wide receiver. Mustafa attended Moorpark College before transferring to Arizona State University. Mustafa was a starting wide receiver for the Sun Devils, but he was benched his senior year due to an unspecified confrontation with one of his coaches. Mustafa was allowed to play in the 1997 Rose Bowl against the Ohio State Buckeyes. Mustafa wanted to be a teacher after graduating, but a sports agent convinced him to try out for NFL teams. The Tennessee Oilers signed Mustafa to their practice squad, but then sent him to the Barcelona Dragons. He has also appeared on the practice squad for the Oakland Raiders, Cleveland Browns, and Seattle Seahawks. After his football career, Mustafa pursued an acting career. He is widely known as the main character for a series of Old Spice commercials, The Man Your Man Could Smell Like. He also appeared in the movie, Horrible Bosses.
