About Gracie Gold
Gracie Gold was born in Newton, Massachusetts in 1995 and began skating at the age of 2. By the time she was 15 in 2010 she had become one of America’s brightest young figuring skating stars, finishing fourth at the U.S. Championships and putting her name on the map. In 2012 she captured the United States junior title and took home a silver medal at the World Junior Figure Skating Championship and the Rostelcom Cup. Later that year she helped lead the U.S. to a second place finish at the World Team Trophy competition. In 2013 she continued to rise after a sixth-place finish at the World Figure Skating Championships in London, Ontario. It was 2014 however that would launch her to superstardom. After winning the U.S. Championships in Boston she placed 4th at the 2014 Sochi Olympics in Russia.
