About Glover Quin
NFL safety Glover Quin was not highly recruited out of North Pike High School in 2004, and played at Southwest Mississippi Community College before going on to star at New Mexico from 2006 to 2009. At new Mexico he became one of the premier cover men in the country and earned first-team All MWC honors as a senior. Heading into the 2009 NFL Draft he had a great combine workout and rose on draft boards, eventually being selected by the Houston Texans in the 4th round. In his first season in the NFL he was a solid performer, starting 12 games and proving to be a valuable asset on the defensive side of the ball. In 2013 he joined the Detroit Lions where he played six more seasons. Quinn led the NFL in interceptions in 2014 and was named a Pro Bowler and second-team All-Pro.
