About Dante Fowler Jr
Dante Fowler Jr. is a defensive end for the Washington Commanders Before joining the Commanders, spent two seasons each with the Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowboys.
Fowler was a main contributor for the Los Angeles Rams during the 2018 season and helped them reach Super Bowl LIII. He was originally selected with the third overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars and spent his first four seasons with the team.
In college, Fowler terrorized quarterbacks at the University of Florida.Fowler was a key player for the Gators from his freshman season on.
In 2014, he recorded 8.5 sacks and earned first-team All-Southeastern Conference recognition. Fowler recorded three sacks in his final game, the 2015 Birmingham Bowl against East Carolina. As a sophomore, he was second-team All-SEC.
Fowler is a St. Petersburg, Florida native who played at Lakewood High School. Rivals.com named him a five-star recruit and the third-best weakside defensive lineman in the Class of 2012. Fowler was also selected to the 2012 Under Armour All-American Game.
