About Chad Johnson
Chad Johnson is a professional wide receiver for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League. Johnson attended Langston University, Santa Monica College and Oregon State University. While at Oregon State, Johnson helped the Beavers win the Fiesta Bowl over Notre Dame in 2001. The Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. As a rookie, Johnson saw moderate playing time. In 2003, he set a Bengalâs franchise record of 1,355 receiving yards. Two years later, Johnson beat his record by recording 1,432 receiving yards. Johnson made the Pro Bowl for five consecutive seasons from 2003-07. In 2006, Johnson signed a contract extension that extended his time with the Bengals through 2011.
