About Billy Horschel
Billy Horschel is a current professional golfer and player on the PGA Tour. Billy honed his craft at the college level where he played for the University of Florida and was a four time All-American, including three first team honors, and became the SEC Player of the Year in 2007 and 2009. After turning pro, Horschel got the nod to join the PGA Tour in 2010. After suffering a wrist injury Billy didnt have a good showing in his first four PGA Tour events, but since coming back he got his breakthrough win at the 2013 Zurich Classic of New Orleans in his 61st PGA Tour Start. That win boosted him up into the top 50 of the World Golf Ranking and by April of 2013 Billy led the tour by making 23 consecutive cuts. Since that time Billy has skyrocketed into the top 25 in the World Golf Rankings and received the biggest accomplishment of his career to date, the FedEx Cup.
