About AQ Shipley
A.Q. Shipley is an NFL center who plays for the Arizona Cardinals. Shipley has also spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens and Indianapolis Colts. The Colts are the franchise he first got an opportunity to start for in 2012. Shipley was drafted by the Steelers in the seventh round in 2009. He starred in college at Penn State, winning the Rimington Trophy for being the best center in the country in 2008. Shipley was also the Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year and an All-American in 2008, while winning All-Big Ten first team honors in 2007. The Nittany Lions named him a team captain his senior season and the team went 11-2 with an appearance in the Rose Bowl. Shipley went to Moon Area High School in Pennsylvania and was Rivals.com four-star prospect as a defensive lineman.
