Next month, tennis superstar Venus Williams will be tasked with inspiring female entrepreneurs.  She will speak at Inc. magazine's Women's Summit on November 3rd. 

The summit is going to be held in New York City in Metropolitan West.  Williams will share a story of transitioning from world-renowned tennis champion to businesswoman. 

Williams will discuss many of the mentors who helped her on her journey.  There are also several other featured speakers for the event, including SharkTank star Barbara Corcoran. 

Off the tennis court, Williams is the founder of the EleVen fashion line and her own interior design company, VStarr Interiors.  Most best know her for her sports accomplishments however. 

Williams is the former number one women's singles player in the world.  She has won seven Grand Slam singles titles, including triumphs at Wimbledon. 

Williams also has four Olympic gold medals, three of them won in doubles competition with sister Serena.  This summer, she won her fifth Olympic medal, a silver, in mixed doubles.
