PER Names Football Icon Jim Kelly Keynote Speaker Chemotherapy Foundation Symposium

Buffalo Bills legend Jim Kelly has been an inspirational figure for cancer patients everywhere for his public battle with the disease. He will speak about his fight for survival as the keynote speaker for the Chemotherapy Foundation Symposium: Innovative Cancer Therapy for Tomorrow. 

The event is being held on November 8-10 at the New York Marriott Marquis. It is being hosted by the Physicians' Education Resource. 

Kelly will speak in a question and answer session where he shares his experience with the variety of the medical professionals in attendance. The symposium is geared towards providing updates about the latest advancements in oncology and cancer research. 

Kelly spent 11 seasons in the NFL with the Bills and was a five-time Pro Bowler. He is best known for guiding Buffalo to four consecutive Super Bowls from 1991-94. 

As the leader of the "K-Gun" offense, Kelly piloted one of the greatest offensive attacks in league history. He led the NFL with 33 touchdown passes in 1991. 

Kelly is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and his #12 jersey is retired by the Bills. He holds Buffalo franchise records for passing yards and touchdowns.
