Liverpool Manager Jurgen Klopp Signs Endorsement Deal with Warsteiner Fresh Non-Alcoholic Beer

Former Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp's move to the English Premier League this season has created a natural endorsement opportunity.  Klopp has agreed to a four-year pact with German brewer Warsteiner.

He will be the face of the Warsteiner Fresh non-alcoholic beer in the UK.  The company will start an advertising campaign featuring Klopp in April.

Warsteiner has a proud tradition and is Germany's largest privately-owned brewery.  Klopp's grandparents actually owned a small brewery according to the company release.

Klopp currently has Liverpool ninth on the EPL table and sporting an 8-7-7 record in his first year at the helm. The club is coming off of a 1-0 Sunday defeat at the hands of fifth place Manchester United.

Prior to joining the tradition-rich Reds, Klopp became the longest-tenured manager in Borussia Dortmund history.  He took the club to two Bundesliga titles and an appearance in the 2013 Champions League final.

Klopp began his managerial career with German club Mainz 05 and got them to their first Bundesliga promotion.  He had a 12-year playing career with the team as well, scoring 52 goals in 337 appearances.
