Legendary Basketball Coach Bob Knight Signs Autographs at Midwest Sports Spectacular Next Week

The Midwest Sports Spectacular brings dozens of top sports personalities to Columbus, Ohio. Legendary college basketball coach Bob Knight is making an appearance at the event that runs January 20-22 at the Ohio State Fair Grounds and Expo Center. 

Knight will visit with fans on the second day of the show. There will be a 2 p.m. photo opportunity with coach followed by the 2:30 p.m. signing. 

A two-day weekend pass costs $10, an autograph from Knight is $89 and a picture costs $99. In addition to standouts from across sports, several Ohio State legends like Archie Griffin, Eddie George and Troy Smith will hold signings. 

Knight retired with 902 victories, which currently ranks second in Division 1 men's basketball history. He most notably was the head coach at Indiana from 1971-2000, but also had stints at Army and Texas Tech. 

Knight made 28 NCAA Tournament appearances and advanced to the Final Four five times. His Hoosiers teams won three national titles and 11 Big Ten championships. 

In addition to his excellence at the college level, Knight coached Team USA to a gold medal at the 1984 Olympics. He is a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame and College Basketball Hall of Fame.
