Next week, Fox Sports football analyst Chris Spielman will speak at a faith-based event that commemorates the start of the season.  He is the featured speaker at the 11th annual Landmark Church Gridiron Kickoff in Montgomery, Alabama. 

On Tuesday, Spielman will address attendees beginning at 6 p.m.  Admission to the men's only event is $15 and that also includes a barbeque dinner that will be served at 5 p.m. 

Spielman will be citing specific verses from the book of Corinthians in his presentation.  He will speak about being on guard in life and knowing how to respond to both good and bad circumstances. 

Spielman returnd to Fox this offseason to serve as a game analyst on NFL coverage while also contributing college football commentary.  He has been one of ESPN's lead voices on college football since 2001. 

Originally, Spielman began his broadcasting career as a studio analyst in 1999 with Fox Sports Net.  That followed an ten-year NFL career where he made four Pro Bowls while a member of the Detroit Lions. 

Spielman is one of the greatest players in Ohio State history.  He was a two-time All-American, Lombardi Award winner and became a member of the College Football Hall of Fame in 2010.
