Former College Football Coach Jim Donnan Speaks at Montgomery Quarterback Club in October

Jim Donnan experienced significant success in his tenure as a college football head coach.  He will share some stories from a tremendous career with the Montgomery Quarterback Club this fall.

The club announced their 11 speaker schedule this week.  Donnan will address the attendees on October 18th at the Montgomery Country Club. 

Meetings officially begin on September 13th when ESPN analyst Tony Barnhart comes to speak.  Individual memberships and corporate sponsorship packages are still available. 

Donnan had head coaching stints with Marshall and Georgia.  He ripped off a 64-21 record with the Thundering Herd and made four trips to the Division 1-AA Championship Game.  

Then, Donnan took the reigns at Georgia from 1996-2000.  He won four bowl games with the Bulldogs and was named Southeastern Conference Coach of the Year in 1997. 

In 2009, Donnan was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame.  He currently serves as an analyst for the American Sports Network.
