Bachelorette Winner Jordan Rodgers Joins the SEC Network

The SEC Network is taking advantage of Jordan Rodgers high-profile run on ABC's hit reality show, "The Bachelorette".  The former Vanderbilt quarterback has agreed to a deal to be an analyst for the network. 

Rodgers will serve as a studio analyst out of network headquarters in Charlotte.  An ESPN executive said through a release that he began speaking with them actually before The Bachelorette started airing. 

On August 23rd, Rodgers will make his SEC Network debut on their signature studio show, "SEC Now".  He can certainly share some stories with fellow ESPN employee and ex-Bachelor star Jesse Palmer. 

After a turn as a professional quarterback. Rodgers is now starting a new life.  He is engaged to Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher as he embarks on his broadcasting career. 

Rodgers spent time in the camps of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Miami Dolphins.  That was following a successful two-year run as Vanderbilt's starting quarterback. 

Rodgers was the first Commodores signal caller to lead the program to back-to-back bowl appearances.  As a senior, he threw for 2,539 yards and 15 touchdowns.
