2011 Masters Champion Charl Schwartzel Signs Endorsement Deal with Parsons Xtreme Golf

Challenger golf brand Parsons Xtreme Golf has a new high profile name associated with their brand.  Major winner Charl Schwartzel has signed an endorsement deal with the company that becomes effective this week at The Open Championship.

Schwartzel will use several PXG clubs this week at the event at Royal Troon in Scotland.  He will also wear the brand's logo on his hat and golf bag. 

Parsons Xtreme Golf was started in 2015 by by Go Daddy founder Bob Parsons.  This past January, they announced an impressive roster of golfers that included last year's Open Champion Zach Johnson and 2015 FedExCup winner Billy Horschel

Schwartzel currently stands at 21st in the Official World Golf Ranking.  This season, he won at the Valspar Championship and boasts the ninth best scoring average on the PGA Tour. 

In 2011, Schwartzel had the biggest win of his career at The Masters.  He also has top ten finishes on his resume at the U.S. Open and Open Championship.

Schwartzel originally turned professional as an 18 year old on the European Tour in 2002.  He first joined the PGA Tour in 2011.
