FOX Sports Broadcaster Jay Onrait Returns to Canada for Book Signing

There is no question that Fox Sports Live co-anchor Jay Onrait has a passionate following in Canada after an over-ten year run as half of a dynamic hosting team on TSN's evening Sportscentre.  Last week, Onrait went back to his roots and signed copies of his new book, Number Two: More Short Tales From a Very Tall Man.

His appearance at Mosaic Books in downtown Kelowna, British Columbia was just one of many trips back up north he has made in recent months.  Following the October 27th release of his second book, he has done signings in almost every major city in Canada.

This book is an extension of his first offering Anchorboy.  There is certainly enough of a story to tell after Onrait has had one of the more interesting careers in sports television.

Currently, Onrait forms Fox Sports 1's top anchor team with longtime TV partner Dan O'Toole.  The duo was targeted by the network early on and have been with FS1 since it went on the air in 2013.

The Onrait-O'Toole pairing gained massive popularity hosting on TSN from 2003-2013.  During that time, they also started the Jay and Dan Podcast that they still host today.

Onrait originally started his career as a editorial assistant at TSN while he was still in school.  He followed that up with on-air jobs as Saskatoon's CFSK-TV, Winnipeg's A-Channel, and the NHL Network.
