Steve Bisciotti

Stephen Bisciotti is most famously known for two things: his current ownership of the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens and founder of the Allegis Group, a family of technical staffing companies. Bisciotti grew up in a Baltimore suburb loving the world of sports. He grew up attending countless Orioles and Colts games with his father and siblings. Graduating from Salisbury State University with a degree in liberal arts, Bisciotti immediately immersed himself into launching a staffing company in the aerospace technology sectors with his cousin, Jim Davis. Having grown into the Allegis Group, Bisciotti’s company is currently the largest privately-held staffing firm in the world and fourth largest in the nation, generating more than $10 billion in estimated annual revenue. His history with the NFL Ravens originated with his 49% ownership in 2000, following the purchase of the majority of the stake in 2004. Bisciotti started off his time with the Ravens by focusing on establishing the team's state-of-the-art training and practice facility, commonly called "The Castle," which opened in October 2004. Bisciotti was ranked 378 among the Forbes 400, a list of the richest Americans, and is currently the second youngest owner in the NFL.
