Sixers Dancers Biography
The Sixers Dancers are a professional dance team for the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA. The team is also known as the Dream Team. The Dream Team performs at all of the 76ers home games during halftime and time outs. They can also be hired to make an appearance at a corporate event, charity event and more. The Dream Team hosts multiple clinics and dance camps. During the camps, the choreographers and director of the Sixers Dancers help bring young girls’ dance skills to the next level. The dancers host the Sixers Overnight Dance Camp and the Sixers Day Dance Camp. In order to be a Sixers Dancer, auditions are required. The Sixers Dancers will wear an exclusive dress created by legendary fashion designer Nicole Miller for the 2014- 15 season. The dancers will wear the dress on the court during pregame introductions, the National Anthem and they will even wear it at select off-court appearances throughout the season.
