About Robert Flores
Robert Flores is a journalist for the ESPN television network. He joined the network in 2005, but prior to joining ESPN he worked in the industry for over two decades after graduating from the University of Houston where he gained the experience and credibility it takes to earn such a high profile position in the industry. He joined the network as the result of a production snafu while working for a CBS affiliate in Texas that ultimately led to his termination. Once he joined the ESPN network he became an anchor for ESPNEWS and since 2007 he has been an anchor for the flagship program SportsCenter. Along with those duties Robert also provides the Taco Bell Studio Update during each ABC College Football and Saturday Night Football game broadcast. Robert also has other obligations including serving as a substitute host for ESPN2s Friday Night Fights as well as the program Baseball Tonight.
