Rai Benjamin Biography

Rai Benjamin participated in one of the best events in the Tokyo Olympics. Benjamin was one of two sprinters that set a world record in the 400-meter hurdles, but finished with a silver medal. Benjamin also won silver in the event at the 2019 World Championships while taking a gold in the 4x400 meter relay. Prior to that, he became a three-time NCAA champion and an eight-time All-American. Benjamin competed at both UCLA and USC.
