Pedro Feliciano

Pedro Feliciano is an MLB pitcher, currently pitching in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Originallyselected by the Los AngelesDodgers in the 1995 MLB Draft, Feliciano would never make it to the bigleagues during his time in Los Angeles, and heeventually signed with the Cincinnati Reds in 2002.Midway through the 2002 season, Feliciano was traded to the New YorkMets, and finally made hismajor league debut on September 4, 2002 in a game against the Florida Marlins. In three seasons withthe Mets, Feliciano would experience moderate success, but was up and down from the minors multipletimes. In 2005,Feliciano played a season in the Japanese Pacific League, but returned to the MLB in2006 as a left-handed specialist withthe Mets. In the 2008, 2009, and 2010 seasons, Feliciano led theMLB in appearances, emerging into a reliable bullpen pitcherwho could work various innings. In 2011,Feliciano signed with the New York Yankees, but injuries would force him to misstwo whole seasons,and he left the team in 2013 without ever throwing a pitch. Feliciano returned to the Mets in 2013 on aminor league deal, appearing in the majors a few times that season. On May 25, 2014, Feliciano signedwith the St. Louis Cardinals, the team he plays with today, as he looks to get his career back on track.
