About Nathan Vasher
Nathan Vasher is a retired professional football player who played in the National Football League. In high school it became apparent that Nathan could make a career out of his football talent when he became an all-state selection at both cornerback and wide receiver. That led to him being recruited by the University of Texas at Austin where he became a standout star. Playing in several different positions over the course of his collegiate, he tied the school record by intercepting 17 passes. In 2004 Vasher became a fourth round selection in the NFL Draft where he went to the Chicago Bears. In a six year career Nathan became a first-team All-Pro selection, an NFC interception return yards leader, a Pro Bowl selection, and he aided the Bears to becoming the 2006 NFC Champions.
