Mikkel Diskerud

Mikkel Diskerud is a professional soccer player who plays in Major League Soccer. He began to play soccer at an early age, and it didn't take long for him to improve his skills and become one of the best players on the field at any given time. His youth career officially began in 2005, and his senior career began in 2008. Since then Mikkel, who is also recognized by the nickname of “Mix,” given to him by his mother when he was very young and learning to walk because he ran around like a mixmaster, has scored 15 goals in league play. Beyond that, he has been a part of several national teams including the Norwegian team as well as the United States squad where he has made 35 total appearances and scored and impressive 7 goals since 2008. Mikkel's contibutions have also aided in the U.S. Winning the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
