Maurkice Pouncey Speaker and Booking Agent Information

Maurkice Pouncey is one of the greatest centers in Pittsburgh Steelers history. The Steelers selected Pouncey as the 18th overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft and he went on to earn nine Pro Bowl trips in 11 seasons. He was also a three-time first-team All-Pro and named to the NFL's 2010s All-Decade Team.

Pouncey was originally born on July 24, 1989 in Lakeland, Florida with his twin brother and fellow NFL offensive lineman, Mike. He attended Lakeland High School. In high school, Pouncey was a standout lineman and as a senior, he led Lakeland High to its third consecutive Florida Class 5A state championship as well as their second straight USA Today national title. Coming out of high school, Pouncey was considered the number 15 offensive guard in the nation and chose to play at the University of Florida. Pouncey played for the Gators from 2007-2009 where he started in 11 games as a freshman. As a sophomore, Pouncey started in all 14 games including the SEC Championship Game and the BCS National Championship Game. In his junior year, Pouncey was named a First-team All-SEC selection and a consensus All-American.
