Matt Moore Speaker and Booking Agent Information

Matt Moore was born on August 9, 1984. Growing up, Moore played youth football with Palmdale Youth Football for six years before attending William S. Hart High School. In high school, Moore lettered in football as a safety and he earned All-CIF acclaim. As a senior, Moore lettered again in football, this time as a quarterback. He ended his senior season as one of the top-rated quarterbacks in the nation at No. 8. Moore also lettered twice in baseball while in high school. Moore attended UCLA where he was redshirted his freshman year, but was able to play due to injuries against Cory Paus ad Drew Olson. As a sophomore, Moore appeared in eight games and started in four. Moore went undrafted in the 2007 NFL Draft, but the Dallas Cowboys signed him as a free agent later that year. During preseason, Moore was waived on September 1, but the following day the Carolina Panthers claimed him off the waivers. Moore played for the Panthers from 2007-2010. Moore suffered a shoulder injury in 2009 that caused him to be released by the Panthers. The Miami Dolphins signed Moore as a backup quarterback on July 28, 2011.
