About Matt Lampson
Matt Lampson was born September 6, 1989 and is an American soccer player who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer.
On December 7, 2015 it was announced that Lampson's contract with Columbus had run out and that the club would not be renewing his contract. Lampson was eligible for the 2015 MLS Re-Entry draft but was not selected.
After trial in the preseason, Lampson signed with Chicago Fire on February 26, 2016.
