About Landon Collins
Landon Collins is one of the NFL's premier safeties with the Washington Redskins. He was selected to the Pro Bowl each season from 2016-18 and was a first-team All-Pro in 2016. The New York Giants originally selected him early in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Collins was a hard-hitting safety for three seasons at the University of Alabama. Collins totaled 90 tackles in 2014 on the way to unanimous All-American and first-team All-SEC honors. Both in his junior and freshman seasons, the Crimson Tide won the SEC title. When he was a freshman backup, Alabama also won the BCS National Championship. Collins was ranked as a five-star recruit and the second best safety in the Class of 2012. Following his career at Dutchtown High School in Louisiana, he chose Alabama over LSU.
