Keith Davis Biography

Keith Davis is a former football player who has taken the skills he learned on the gridiron and transitioned them to a successful motivational speaking career. Davis played his college football at the University of Southern California. While with the Trojans, he was a second-team All-Pac 10 selection. Davis also played a role on two USC Rose Bowl teams. He was a success off the field as well, recording the team's highest GPA and graduating with a degree in Business Finance. The New York Giants signed him in 1988, but a preseason injury derailed his football future. Davis now works to help people improve their literacy skills and is an advocate for disadvantaged youth. He overcame a rough upbringing in inner-city Los Angeles. He lost his father when he was four years old to drug abuse and suicide. Davis has spoken about his life and motivated others in over 3,000 schools across 25 states.
