About Kate Ziegler
Katie Ziegler is an American swimmer who competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. She was a five-time World Champion during her career. Overall, Ziegler won 15 medals in international competition. She most notably broke the 1500-meter freestyle world record. Despite her accomplishments, Ziegler often questioned herself and she now uses that experience to help others as a personal coach and motivational speaker.
