Kalisto Biography

Kalisto is a WWE Superstar.  He originally signed with the organization in 2013 to fight in their NXT promotion.  Kalisto was promoted to the WWE's main roster in February 2015.  A little less than a year later, he captured the United States Championship.  He defeated Alberto Del Rio on RAW to win the belt.  Kalisto successfully retained his title in a match with Ryback at WrestleMania 32.  Fighting in NXT, he showed his future championship potential.  Along with Sin Cara, he captured the NXT Tag Team Championship in 2014.  Prior to joining the WWE, Kalisto wrestled in a series of independant promotions.  He made his professional debut in 2006.
