Jonathan Stewart

Current running back for the New York Giants, Jonathan Stewart joined the Carolina Panthers as a first round pick in 2008 after a standout career at the University of Oregon. Prior to joining the Ducks the Washington native starred at Timberline High School. During his four-year prep career he rushed for 7,755 yards and scored 105 touchdowns, earning him Parade High School All-American honors, a spot on the USA Today All-USA team and Washington Gatorade Player of the Year honors. Upon joining the Oregon Ducks backfield he continued his success, earning Pac-10 All-Freshman team honors in 2005 and All-Pac 10 honors in 2006 and 2007. He also ran the 60-meter dash for the Ducks track team. After being drafted by the Panthers he signed a $20 million contract with the team including $10.8 million in guaranteed money, and more than earned it his first year, breaking the Panthers rookie record with 836 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. Thus far in his decorated NFL career he has rushed for 4,016 yards and 27 touchdowns in six seasons.
