About Jennifer Widerstrom
Jennifer Widerstrom dedicates her life to helping others live a healthy lifestyle through her career as a top fitness expert. After earning her degree in Sports Administration from the University of Kansas she got into the fitness industry and began pursuing her passion of helping others achieve their fitness goals. With a unique approach to fitness, Widerstrom helps people understand, learn and implement a holistic approach to health and wellness. She encourages her clients to find their best selves through the principles of nutrition, dynamic physical exertion, mental well-being and fun. She got her start in the entertainment industry on the hit show “American Gladiators”. She’s since become the lead female trainer for InterContinental Hotel Group’s new Even wellness line and become a trainer on the hit NBC show The Biggest Loser. Her other positions have included serving as a life coach for MSN.com and fitness expert on Fitbie.com. Widerstrom is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a master trainer for Dynamax medicine balls and has also earned her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate.
