Jay Barnett

Jay Barnett was a standout performer and four year starter at Tarleton State University. During his time at Tarleton State he led the school to its first conference championship in history, which ended up being the first of two championships during his career. In 2005 he graduated from Tarleton with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and took up an internship as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at his alma mater. During that time he trained to continue his career in pro football and earned a spot on the Green Bay Packers in 2006. After a shot stint with the Packers he played two years in the Arena Football League with the Tulsa Talons and Tennessee Vipers. Since that time he’s pursued a successful acting career, making appearances in such films as Hyphen and on the reality show, Wedding Wars. Recently he founded a training and mentoring program focused on training young men to be both physically and mentally adept, called Beastmode, which has been both impactful and successful on a national scale.
