About Fandango
Curtis Jonathan Hussey aka Fandango is an American professional wrestler who is signed with the WWE. Fandango’s professional wrestling career began in 1999, where he worked for several promotions beginning in September. He competed in Power League Wrestling from 2000-2003, where he won the PLW New England Championship. In 2006, Fandango signed a developmental contract with the WWE and was then assigned to the Deep South Wrestling developmental territory. Fandango’s debut for the territory ended in a loss against David Heath on November 9, 2006. His first victory was not until February 15, 2007, when he and Robert Anthony defeated The Headliners. Due to severed ties between the WWE and DSW, Fandango was transferred to Florida Champion Wrestling where he made his debut on June 26 and defeated Robert Anthony. Fandango appeared on NXT from 2010- 2012. The name Fandango was born on October 23, 2012 at the SmackDown taping where Hussey debuted as a ballroom dancer character named Fandango.
