About Debbie Siebers
Debbie Siebers is one of the top fitness and training instructors in the business, with 20 years of experience as a certified member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Siebers got her start in fitness as a member of the Body-by-Jake team and went on to work as a trainer at Brunch, Powerhouse Gym, Meridian Sports Club, Todd Tramp’s Body Sculpting Gym, and the Peninsula chain of luxury hotels. In 1999 she joined Beachbody and developed her Thin Thighs Guaranteed video and training plan. During her career in fitness she has been featured on numerous television programs including Fit TV’s health and fitness show Fitting It In and in Body-by-Jake exercise segments. She has also been a fitness consultant and contributor on CNN, E! Entertainment Television, and various other network TV stations. She prides herself on the fact that she has developed and perfected numerous proprietary routines for her clients so they can attack the common trouble spots that plague both celebrities, athletes and the normal, everyday citizens.
