About Dari Nowkhah
Dari Nowkhah is a news anchor who currently works for ESPN as the lead anchor on the SEC Network. Nowkhah also calls play by play for a variety of sports and hosts a weekend show with NFL Draft expert Mel Kiper Jr. on ESPN Radio. He originally came to ESPN in 2004 as an anchor for ESPNEWS and was named lead host on ESPNU in 2011. Prior to joining ESPN, Nowkhah worked in local television in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lincoln, Nebraska and Kalispell, Montana. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1998 with a degree in broadcast journalism.
