Dante Hall

Dante Hall is a retired NFL return man and wide receiver who played eight seasons in the league with the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Rams. Prior to his time in the NFL, Hall played collegiately at Texas A&M University, where his 4,707 all-purpose yards as a running back and returner rank second all-time behind Darren Lewis. Hall was selected in the 5th round of the 2000 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs, where he would serve as the team’s primary return man. In 2003, Hall set an NFL record by returning a kickoff or a punt in four straight games, earning his second Pro Bowl nomination for his efforts. Hall would play for the Chiefs for six seasons before being traded to the St. Louis Rams, but injuries would force him to miss significant chunks of the two seasons he was with the team. Hall was not resigned to a contract following the 2008 season, essentially ending his NFL career. In eight years, Hall had a total of 12,397 return yards, and is currently ranked fifth overall for punt return touchdowns and third overall in kick return touchdowns.
